He even came to the paint store with my wife and I during the weekend to help select the paint colour. He updated me everyday with pictures and text messages. Once he was done painting a room he would leave it cleaner than it was before. He went above and beyond and sealed cracks in the baseboard and walls with sealant material. He was also kind enough to include a beautiful accent wall as a bonus. Chris and his team completed painting my entire townhome faster than the quoted time. We hired Chris to paint four of our bedrooms upstairs. He was very thorough and polite when he came to provide us with an estimate and followed up with a very detailed email noting everything we agreed to. He also contacted us before our scheduled painting date to confirm all details. During the painting he was on time (to the minute) every morning. He made sure to consult with us throughout the process and never left for the day without checking in with us, showing us what work he had completed and letting us know what he would be working on the next day. Our bedrooms look fantastic and this was the most professional experience we've ever had for any type of painting/contracting work in our home.
