Chris and his assistant Stefan have done painting for us a couple of times. Communication with Chris was very good prior to the job. Both are polite, respectful and take a lot of care and pride in their work. They clean up and leave the space just as they found it. During the job, Chris is happy to have you come check on the work. If you hire Urban Touch Painting, you will not be disappointed.

Chris was a very knowledgeable, kind and humble person from the moment I met him for my estimate. He gave me accurate estimates and timelines from day one. He even came to the paint store with my wife and I during the weekend to help select the paint colour. He updated me everyday with pictures and text messages. Once he was done painting a room he would leave it cleaner than it was before. He went above and beyond and sealed cracks in the baseboard and walls with sealant material. He was also kind enough to include a beautiful accent wall as a bonus. Chris and his team completed painting my entire townhome faster than the quoted time. I’m very happy that I trusted Chris with this job. I’ll definitely call him again for any future paint jobs!

Very rare nowadays to have a contractor come do the work as expected and show up every day until the job is complete. I was bit worried when we decided to paint our new condo-townhouse at Oakville at the last minute just before a few days of moving in. We got Chris’s number through online search, and he made a visit for the assessment/estimate and the work started very next day. I must say, it was really a wonderful experience to know and work with Chris and his team. Very professional, correct estimates, assists with product selection to purchase, helps you to avail great discounts on top paint brands (he got great connections at retail stores) and most importantly, it’s a hassle-free experience.Never thought that painting a house could be stress-free process. We hired Chris to paint four of our bedrooms upstairs. He was very thorough and polite when he came to provide us with an estimate and followed up with a very detailed email noting everything we agreed to. He also contacted us before our scheduled painting date to confirm all details. During the painting he was on time (to the minute) every morning. He made sure to consult with us throughout the process and never left for the day without checking in with us, showing us what work he had completed and letting us know what he would be working on the next day. Our bedrooms look fantastic and this was the most professional experience we've ever had for any type of painting/contracting work in our home. We give Chris our highest possible recommendation and compliments and will definitely be calling him again when we ready to paint more of our home.
